I believe Lamar is a great place to begin your career. The pay could be better but the environment is fantastic with many perks including 3 weeks of PTO. The team also makes it very enjoyable to work here.

I believe we should be better compensated for our work. The pay is too low.

Everyone lifts each other up and we always make sure everyone is taken care of inside and outside of work.
