They try to several group actives to get people to interact with others.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy what I do and enjoy the customers that I work with. I feel like we have a true partnership where we want to work together to do what is best for all of us.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not feel that my pay reflects the book of business that I am responsible for. Incentives are provided for media that my clients do not purchase and therefore, I am no eligible for commissions that others in my department receive and therefore, receive higher pay.
