When coming to Lamar 15.5 years ago, I was not sure I would fit into the office. I was a single mom and scared. I was greeted with open arms and the want to teach me as much as they could for me to be successful within the Lamar family. I felt at home!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They listen to concerns and help reslove any issues that come up within in the work spave and teams
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I appreciate that I am able to have medical offered, the oportunity for investments that gorw outside of just a 401k and a great vacation allowance. So I guess I like all of it!
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing my managment team appreciates the hard work that I do and the knowledge I provide to my position. They also do not micro manage. TRUST in their employee to work independenlty and efficiently.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is very close and works together very well. we know when one another is needing that little extra and know when they need more. We are a small family and really are in tune with each other.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our company really looks not only into the Lamar community but the communies we serve. When tragidy hits, Lamar is right there in each of them with any help they can offer. From employees vonunering to services that our company offers to their employees. I feel very lucky to work for Lamar!
