We love Abby and all that she does for us.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are a very diverse group but you'd swear we were all brought up in the same family.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are family in this room. Everyone does what they can to be better, know more and help others. I couldn't imagine working with a better group of people.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy what I do and all the cool projects that I get to be apart of. Sure, some of our task are repetitive but there's always something new and exciting to look forward to each day.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our dept is the first line of defense and the last meaning if we didn't do it, we're still going to find a way to fix what happened. If that means taking on more task where another dept may be lacking, we do it. Our dept is all vets so seeing new hires at Corporate and the pay scale, hurts.
