Our culture is one of positivity and growth. There were some times in the past that were not good, where there was a culture shift in a negative direction. Our new GM has restored us to a culture that encourages discussions, growth, and challenges us to be the best we can.

My local GM is open about the goals and vision she has for our plant. She listens to ideas and wants to collaborate with us as a team. Molly has the desire to have the right people in the right places so that we succeed as a whole. She has compassion for us and our family lives.
