Been at Lamar a little over a year now, in the middle of an acquisiton. It has been one of the most challenging years to start but also I have learned a lot in a short amount of time. My plant has been really great to me with two large deaths in the family. Highly recommend working at Lamar.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Lamar is very inclusive and we work as a team
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work together as a team, I have become really good friends with many and enjoy coming to work daily.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I enjoy the package from Lamar but we are not enjoying the CVS caremark or having multiple medical cards to use / show for BCBS, CVC Caremark, Vision, UNUM.
What makes you most happy at work?
I feel that I can help people in my position in the office or with our customers. Seeing my coworkers. Hearing how excited customers were about their billboard.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our GM / VP motivates and encourages us to meet and exceed the goals we set for ourselves & our plant. As well as makes sure as person we are doing well, not just an employee.
