When everyone else is nice and happy. Treating others with respect goes a long way.

We all get along great and work well together. At the end of the day we genuinely care for each other as family.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel as if the hard work and effort I put into my job is overlooked. I have acquired many more duties than what my original job description entailed. I never say no and always take on additional tasks and assist others.
