What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team is excels at winning around here. I love winning and making good numbers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that inflation around here has been hugely ignored and like others, I am struggling financially. Many companies have increased wages and benefits to reflect inflation. It astounds me that as progressive as Lamar is, wages haven't been address for office staff.
