The majority of our team always go the extra mile. Our installers are stellar and the management team are top notch for the most part.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Being part of the Lamar team is like being part of a family. Our leadership team truly cares about it's employees. The salaries and benefits offered reflect this.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am the only manager at my location that doesn't receive monthly bonuses. I'm also excluded from receiving overtime when every other clerical employee at my location are allowed to on a regular basis. I'm the only employee of color on the administrative team, so I'm positive this is the reason.
