What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Not that the coworkers need to improve. More so, the management team. The coworkers just come in to get their pay check, everyone is out for themselves.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Can't answer that truthfully. It seems the culture is outstanding at the corporate level, but when it comes down to the plants, you just don't see the same energy.
