again two individual plants with two completely different cultures and two different answers

The ability to earn incentives based on performance , keeps me accountable to myself

two individual plants , two answers , One plant has amazing genuine culture and the other is a superficial front
What do you like best about the leadership team?
This is hard for me to answer as I am the Operations manager for two individual plants and my answers are polar opposites for each of them
