They support me in anyway they can and truly try to streamline my workflow and make my time more efficient.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Personally, I (at this time in my Lamar career) feel extremely connected and valued as I've been pulled into various testing groups for systems and applications that have made me feel heard and valued.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I'm encompassing "leadership team" with my awesome support staff specifically. The support I receive from my Biz manager, my TAS team and Art and Production along with charting and ops is the best of the best. They're the true MVP's.
