I really enjoy working with the team I work with and working for the manager I do. The environment created from the top at Interstate Logos is toxic though. It's really unfortunate.
What makes you most happy at work?
I believe in the product and its benefit to customers as well as travelers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My direct manager is excellent. If my manager left the company I would probably leave as well.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is very compassionate towards each other and understands the objectives. It's unfortunate that we are treated so poorly by the Interstate Logos leadership.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The top Interstate Logos executive creates a treats those under him very poorly and seems to strive to create a culture of fear. His Operations decisions are terrible for moral, the company and customers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For the amount of work expected I am very underpaid. In comparison to what the company is taking in each year I feel like employees could be compensated better. Paying employees fairly would also help to attract more candidates.
