I feel fairly paid for my job.

Mostly, getting my work done.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all work for an incompetent plant GM. We work closely together to compensate for his numerous deficiencies.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I really respect the direction our executive management team is going. Innovative incorporation of technology, well-communicated to the company. I wish the plant managers were held to as high a standard.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Do you mean Lamar as a company OR my Plant as a company? I know the plant label is changing. My feelings are different about Lamar as a whole v. how I feel about my local plant office.
