Previously stated, underpaid, underappreciated. Pay better, offer incentives so people can make a living instead of barely scraping by.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Overworked and underpaid. Inflation is overpowering our raises by almost triple. 9% inflation vs 3% annual raise. Cannot keep up with the cost of living.
