Everyone gets along. I feel that most everyone is on board and pulling from the same end of the rope at all times.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I feel that they genuinely care not only about me as a person, but also my family. They treat our team like we are one big family.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The benefits are great. The only thing I wish we could change is a guaranteed increase in salary every year. It could be 1% or higher, depending on how the company did that year. Or, if the numbers show no growth for the year, then no increased salaries.
