What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Having the opportunity being out in nature

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Communication, clear standards, and consistent implementation equally

What are some of the best things about your team?

Being on one accord. Knowing what needs to be done, even without being told.

What makes you most happy at work?

Knowing what's the goal at hand, being treated fairly, and being appreciated for the sacrifices provided

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

With starting pay now being a few dollars from where I've put in years of dedication and qualifications, it's demoralizing. To have the certifications but someone come in with no experience and could basically match my pay is insulting to say the least.
