I just enjoy what I do so I never mind going to work

they are good people who do their job, but willing to help if you need help

They allow me to sell my way. They make my goals clear and allow me to reach those goals.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's a small office and almost everyone gets along. My managers care about us, our families and our lives outside of the office and that means a lot.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have not complaints about the pay, but as the cost of living has become higher, the same commission rate that has always been paid, is making living the same difficult. We can't just sell more in our market to make more money because each year we just loose more structures.
