Lamar has changed my life financially for the better. But has also made it extremely difficult to get my job done. There is no money reinvested into structures and it is only getting worse. It just makes the job harder.

My GM is the best. Very transparent and easy to talk to.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think operations management needs to be held in the same high regards as other managers. Compensation should reflect someone who is responsible for the safety of several ops personnel, the upkeep of a fleet of vehicles, and facilities. And who is also the first to be let go if anything bad happens
