What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Healthy with my IMMEDIATE co-workers other than that not very positive.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better competitive wages and availability to grow with more certifications (CDL ect.)
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
For the amount of manual labor we do we don't get paid enough when we can go to make more money to cook at McDonald's or stock shelves at walmart.
