We all have very different career backgrounds and are able to bring unique outlooks and qualities to the team.
What makes you most happy at work?
Interacting with people in the community through networking, and also sitting down in meetings with clients and brainstorming great campaign ideas for them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better benefits, being paid commissions based on sales and not on collections, being paid 5-7% on all space sold vs. only a measly 3-5%, ability to gain more PTO days after 2-3 years vs. having to wait until 5.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think our CEO does a great job of maintaining an overall positive outlook for our company and for the OOH industry in general. He does not seem to be unrealistic when I read about interviews and articles from him.
