When probably occur we face them head on. Feels good to see smiles upon there faces when we achieve a goal.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In the past we used to get safety bonuses as a group for staying free from injuries and safety violations. That was a great perk to show our attention to detail.
