Team work makes the dream work and we have that now with our team.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The opportunity to earn more with new training. Also the fact that Lamar usually promotes from within.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have worked many places , but rarely have I seen leadership by their own example. From my first I have been impressed seeing my operations manager in the field posting an ad. IMO the best leaders will show you the way by example not just using words.
