Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
More on the rate per hour to start with 2024 not 2000 or give more time on the PTO side per week.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The 4 guys I work with are the best thing that's ever happened without them it would be kois you should really give them for there time!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
2 Main guys here if your down they will lift you up before you hop in a truck to start your day. They say a good mornin makes a better after noon.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Need to work more on makin things easier instead of telling us we need to do it or maybe it's not the job for you. But we watch modules an ergonomics is a thing here on paper.. but in the workforce not so much so what doing think about the leader there not for us.
