The comradery is good and people for the most part care.

We don't step on each other's toes and we respect each other.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love going in when I have a lot of proposals to work on or close.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My compensation was just reduced. In a time where cost of living is out of control, it's a slap in the face to have your commissions cut.
