The experience has been very positive with Lamar. I'm product of the company and the work I have done since coming on board. My biggest struggle is taking time off without checking in every day. There is not a good backup system.

Very invested in team and individual success, receptive to feedback and they do no micromanage the day to day.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Ability to earn commission and bonuses that are reflective of the effort I invest and the results I produce.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture does not encourage egoism or negative competition. The focus is on hard work, ethical behavior and positive results.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing the positive results of the campaigns I have secured both for the advertisers we service and for Lamar (and me).
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have some very accomplished people who are hardworking, earnest, humble and competitive without being dominating. Management acknowledges the success of individuals without creating a hierarchy.
