So far, I have seen good and bad. Overall I have seen a positive work environment with management that cares about us. A sales team that is more competitive than friends.

We motivate each other and compete a lot for sales.

I like my sales managers energy. I like the way he is a leader, boss, and friend.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better PTO options, maybe offer employees sick days, because forcing employees to use paid time off for every single sick day is insane. Better Auto allowance compensation and expense compensation.
