I am part time and still able to participate in health care & stock program

I get a lot of enjoyment about what I do in my role. I feel like I am helping a larger cause even though my day to day seems like small tasks
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our differences in abilities and strengths that come together for a larger goal. Our camaraderie. The trust we have in each other's ability to get work done. My team's mentality to jump in to help anyone any anytime - we DON'T have a 'That's not my job' mentality
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Trust in our team to get our tasks done. Treats us like people and not just employees. They are enjoyable to work for and encouraging enough to make me strive to want to impress them. I know they have my back and have my best interest in mind. I trust that they speak highly of me and my work ethic
