It's been a complete 180 from where I worked in the past, but there is still room for improvement. The people who run some departments are stuck in the good ol' boy era.

I would love the WFH option and a salary increase

The people I work with and my IMMEDIATE supervisor make it worth it.

Our entire team has the same interests, it makes the day so by faster and talking to them easier.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I'm not even aware of who our leadership team really is. Almost everyone is remote so while I am forced to come into the office everyday, everyone else gets to experience the joy of WFH.
