When I started here at age 20, I never believed I would be here my entire career but I was never given a reason to leave. When I was curious and showed interest in other parts of the business, I was allowed to pursue those. When I was motivated to advance and succeed, I was given the tools to do so.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate the transparency and fiscal responsibility of our leadership team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Lamar is a family first company. Throughout my son's childhood, I never had to miss a school play, awards ceremony, or any other important event. Lamar recognizes dedicated employees and understands that we are parents, spouses, siblings and children first. I am very grateful for that.
