I feel like I am learning something new everyday.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Most of them know my name (I work from home so I do not see many people) and they actually seem interested in my life outside of work.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work really well together as a team and are there 100% to help each other but also give each other space and do not micromanage each other.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think the best thing about the environment is that Lamar really wants their employees to like/love working here. They go out of their way to improve and ensure their employees want to continue to work here.
