They treat us like people who have full lives and respect that we need rest, recovery, mental and physical health practices, etc. I have often been very abused by employers who wouldn't give me time off when one of my close friends recently passed away.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The Pay and the health insurance.

I had to spend $600 on a spider bite to make sure it wasn't a brown recluse before coming to Lectric. Having healthcare for my partner and I is huge. Also, the meal services help me so much. I am so grateful.

Health insurance is nice. However, the rising cost of living can be restricting at times at the current level of pay. There are multiple employees here that have multiple jobs

the most positive thing about the culture and environment at our company is that we have little get away when we go to the movies or team events.

Its truly pure vibes. Its a wholesome getaway that doesn't feel like work often for me. It has helped me cope with a lot of heavy life circumstances getting to come to this environment. Work is safe for me. Its taken awhile to feel safe anywhere again, and I cherish that.
