Low ego, collaborative leadership. They truly care about their people's development and making sure Lever is an inclusive and welcoming place. Every leader is approachable and kind.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Great parental leave package (and more inclusive than just being for the birthing parent or traditional, binary family units). Unlimited time off, great healthcare.

Solid Insurance & 401k benefits for such a small company. I wish they gave additional stock grants - people want to get even more invested in the company!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe that Lever often "under titles" people. For instance, what we call a "support engineer" is actually a full-time software developer vs at other companies it's more of an advanced service and support role.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is here to solve a problem, and to do it the right way. I've never worked with such kind, inclusive coworkers. This is a unique place that attracts brilliant people you want to spend time with.

Thoughtful and inclusive practices, the company goes above and beyond to make sure everyone feels like they have a seat at the table and a real impact on the business.

What did you like most about the interview process?
This is a company that knows how to recruit. Hands down the best candidate experience I've ever had. The team moved quickly and I knew what was coming every step of the way. The people who interviewed me were there to learn more about me and my skillsets, not to give "gotcha" questions or grill me.

Super positive, even when we miss numbers. Everyone is confident in what we're doing, and that we're doing it "right"
