The questions I was asked were really good and there were no garbage Google-like questions.

The in-person part of the interviews were very cerebral - they really wanted to know how I work, what makes me tick and what challenges me. Then there was a coding challenge where I was able to demonstrate problem solving in a real scenario.

I did not just interview with the hiring manager and team members, I also interviewed with other stakeholders in the organization. This was a great way for me to get a more holistic picture of the company and also for them to see how I would interact with people outside of my team.
