  • If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at Marriott?
    I would raise the wage for employees to make more money because they are very very important to keeping the hotel running, without them the hotel wouldn't survive. I wish the owners would have more compassion towards the employees cause I have not seen that. And if you say you do have compassion, prove it. From what I seen the owners managers and so on treat there employees like slaves. I'm sorry but that exactly how I feel. It's sad.

    Drop in surprise visits to hotels and call centers. To see the day to day unproductive staff and management. Security issues need to be addressed.
