the coworkers that do try to help and be kind to eachother
We are waiter. we provide an exceptional service to the client I can dare to say that many customers come for the service and the kindness of our waiters we have left the best restaurant in the whole Caribbean and the gifts are received by the bosses and the managers and to us the waiter you do not
Unfortunately, colleagues have reached a point of fear so as not to lose their job because of the threats made by the cleaning work with comedians that you put us to do for fear of repressaries.
Some coworkers were supportive and friendly. However, the issues I faced with management, particularly Chef Fathy and HR, impacted my overall experience.
My team is great there friends and coworkers always willing to train or help eachother.
