What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Noticing hostility and time management. Finding healthy ways to handle things and how to treat their employees I’ve seen very good men quit because they can’t handle the stress of how wild and chaotic it can be. There is no order, compassion, responsibility or Listening skills. It’s unhealthy

Literally Everything. Management was literally the worst. Leadership team needs to work on how to treat the employees better, not make/expect them do work needing to be done by management and help around the store instead of standing around and yell at everyone for things not going the way they want

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My pay is OK, but i have been promised a raise and promotion that has never come. I feel like they keep adding work for me to do so I can fail so they they can say "see that is why we can't promote you. I cry at work often. No one cares. So im forces to fill this thing out.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We could use teamwork. There is a lot of slacking and coverups and not a lot of communication. We could be so much better if we paid attention and put in the effort to make sure our coworkers heard us instead of yelling and hoping they hear.

The kind customers are the BEST!!!! Part if my day. Some of the customers have even said my boss should not handle me the way she does here in Pooler. The customers say they will call the hotline and complain for me, but still everything is literally the SAME. So Frustrating!

I liked the gentleman that interviewed me, but I rearly work fir him, its mostly her. Im sooo tired of being talked down to. Im going to start looking for another job. She needs diversity training badly.

Customers and working with my manager, but NOT my supervisor whi likes to make me feel small. I have complained several times, ithers hsve told me they complain, but still she gets away with it. She must have friends at the top.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Certain management. They can be lazy. unhelpful, moody and ungrateful. Having them change their mindset and their skill set. Have them stop hanging out in the office with other employees that feel like they can do whatever they want and help those up front that need help or simply do their job.
