There is not one best part. It's the cumulative of all of the benefits. The larger companies I have worked for reduce/take benefits from you every year. The benefits help Medela standout and should help employee retention.

The possibility of working on remote mode is absolutely key. PIn several cases, phisical presence is not needed anymore for a good performance.

Our pay is fair, I understand a wage freeze while Covid has affected world wide companies. My end of year bonus will be hugely affected due to multiple out of stock products. Very deflating when you want to achieve budget. A company vehicle that I never take for granted. Super paid mthly not qrtly

Base salaries and titles should be consistent with other healthcare suppliers in similar roles.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I work well and have trust with my immediate team. I have always held Medela as the best company for supporting mothers and all customers. I have noticed a big decline in customer care, rudeness and unhelpfulness. I have seen such a decline in morale, conflict, bullying causing emotional stress.

This question is a hard one to answer now. We seem to have lost the care for each other. Medela should be the best in service, offer the best in customer care, each dept should adapt, be flexible. We ask for a premium price so we should provide premium service. Everyone MUST use our Core Behaviours.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Our customer service is failing, A strong company is about trust and support. I love Medela but I am seeing a big decline in Morale. Internal divisions are impacting negatively on staff. Staff are reluctant to report bad behaviour or discuss with management due to repercussions. We need trust back!
