As an employee we receive a certain amount of free products each month, including the amazing vitamins produced by Melaleuca. We get a discount on products we do buy. The pay rate for each job is completely fair and very competitive.

The direct leadership is not accomidatiing, unrespectfulnof of my time and thought I drank the Kool Aid day 1. Terrible onboarding experience

We get to work from home. That's positive. The 'culture' of our company is safety and well being of those who buy from us. The products are amazing.
