I feel I'm compensated pretty fairly and appreciate being eligible to earn a base salary plus bonus, plus commissions, etc.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It feels like Meltwater does a great job of hiring a specific person. While everyone is so different and unique, it all comes back to everyone being cultured, down-to-earth, personable, and having good business acumen.
