I am excited about going to work almost every day. This is due to the fast paced environment, responsibility I get, fun with my co workers, support from my manager and MD as well as positive outcomes within my processes. However, negative responses based on our products are a bit demotivating.

The leasership team gives a clear guidance about Meltwater's vision and is taking good actions to acutually achieve them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A higher fix salary to overcome the phases when quota sales are not going good (and not because you are not giving everything. Simply because it is a bit unpredictable sometimes)
