People and working environment are good but more can be done for the different teams to work together to show a united front in facing clients instead of solely focusing on vested interest in securing deals without a well thought-out plan for resource allocation.

The sales team and project managers need to communicate more and work closely to help and protect the company's profits and colleagues' interest instead of only focusing on meeting sales target.

Sales and delivery services teams middle management not working in sync to protect the interests of employees. Seem to only care about clinching deals without considering whether we have the resources to meet clients' expectations.
