MOST of the people I get to work with everyday.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have some very hard workers & mentors here at MW.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Unfortunately, I don't really know much about them aside from their titles/role.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love seeing the team bonding events on the culture slack channel. I would like for our team to partake in these items more often
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It's not that I feel entirely undervalued. I know I'm appreciated, I feel as though I have not received adequate increase in part due to the under performance of other more tenured team members.
