My current leadership team is responsive and helpful, always helping and encouraging me to improve
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I didn't know that PTO started at 0 days and was accrued over time when I took the position. Also no sick days. Also commission was unclear and I wasn't rewarded what I thought I would be for my first quarter here
