I like working in this team and like how the environment is at work, I do feel that the pace is sometimes high and everything is pointed out as so important, that you can feel high pressure of finishing everything outside working hours.

I would highly appreciate some extra compensational options, such as being able to get additional holidays for all the hours that you work late.
