What makes you most happy at work?
I get to work on cool projects and there is a lot of flexibility.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love my manager. She is invested in me as a person and is there to help me in my career as well.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've been told there's a variable component coming since I started but I have yet to see that reflected. Also, other positions in other parts of the company are getting promoted / raises, but there hasn't been that within my team.
