Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because I'm literally underpaid on the excuse that a certain database shows that I should get paid this much. The problem is that the database works based on titles and I'm not assigned with a title that reflects what I do, thus enabling the company to pay less than market rate.
