The people. We have created our own team culture. Hardly any cultural events sponsored by the company anymore so we are driving it ourselves.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We have lost so much talent because of other companies paying much more (30-50% salary increase). Promotions are delayed even though you are already doing the new job and salary increases don't even match inflation rates in some countries.
