A rollercoaster, with very high highs, and some lows, but ultimately I enjoy working at Meltwater and feel like it's somewhere I'd like to stay and advance my career rather than looking elsewhere.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Hiring policy is very good at selecting like-minded people, so we all get on.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem to be forward thinking and are positioning the company well within the market.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think that my performance and experience is deserving of a promotion, but this feels like it's been overlooked.
