Overall it's been an experience that I regret. Company does not treat employees like adults (including making us share hotel rooms on work trips!). Constant micromanagement and the strict RTO mandate make it feel like the company does not trust people to do their job.

Culture of micromanagement seems to trickle down from the executive team. Compensation and benefits are also below industry average. RTO feels forced
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Culture of micromanagement makes it very unenjoyable to be at work. Managers/executives also pressure us to make decisions that directly harm our customers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Every part of the compensation plan should be higher. Base pays are below average, variable comp is below average, 401K match is below average (with 2 year vesting schedule), PTO is below average.
